I was excited when my air conditioner arrived as I had put off buying one for years but after last summer I made the purchase. However when the item arrived a caster was broken probably due to an over enthusiastic handler. It just needed replacing, a new caster and undoing two screws…surely life is never this simple and I would need to go through the inconvenience of returning, buying again etc… “Contact seller” via Amazon, sent an email explained the issue and that I was happy to make the simple change of caster. To my joy and surprise after a quick reply 2 days later a new caster arrived, took 1 minute to replace - very happy. The product is good quality and the broken caster is not indicative of anything other that it is heavy and had taken a knock. I am confident the actual unit can cope with the rigours of life as I have chosen not to have it replaced. As for the operation , it does exactly what it is supposed to!

Bought it for dehumidifier an it’s a good as it’s says it is, I’ve got it in a conservatory 30x12 foot, does the job I bought it for, as it’s winter never used air con but put it on just try see it work really happy with it, a good buy, 👍

The unit looks like described in the listing. Have not got a chance to use it for longer yet, however after short testing the AC unit it is working as expected. Look forward to more pleasant summer at home :) Happy with the purchase.

South facing flat, nice big window - so far in 2022, I've pretty much baked.Finally, after waiting the required time after delivery, I turn on the beast and have a fiddle.It's a hefty, industrial noise as opposed to the cringy whinge of a vacuum cleaner or something; there's a LOT of air moving through this thing! IMPORTANT NOTE: there's a small drain hose to be plugged into a little drain... DO plug it in, as even when chilling, it brings some moisture out... drop it into a little bowl or something.Immediately, the air coming out of the Avalla S-95 is cold, and already, I have fewer sniffles. The filters are certainly working, and after 20 mins, quite chilly air is circulating round my feet... my hallway is also starting to get cooler.So this is a first impression review, and I understand that people may say that one of these thing is, "TO NOIZY DO'NT BY!!", but the noise is smooth, somehow, and I haven't turned my tv up any louder to hear it.My flat is small, and I can see that I'm not going to be running this all the time, but turning it on and off like one might a heater in winter.This review may get updated as time goes on, but for now, less than half an hour in, my room feels more comfortable, less stuffy and above all without window breeze blowing the curtains about...

This is a solid product and good value for money. One of the castors had broken off in transit so I contacted customer services and they sent me a couple of replacement castors out next day. Would definitely recommend to others.

Ordered in the peak of the summer to help cope with the heat, was a saviour at bedtime.Delivery was quick and product arrived in excellent condition. Installation was ok, attaching the tube to the unit took a bit of time but probably because I've got 2 left hands!It works fast cooling down a room, as noisy as expected and similar to other units.Thoroughly happy with the product.

Over the summer my south facing office reached temperatures of over 30c which made the prospect of doing any useful work fairly remote. Laptops and displays really do push out the heat. Nice in winter but a problem during a hot summer.So instead of suffering, I decided to buy the Avalla S-95 Air Conditioner Unit for next summer while prices were coming down.After hearing various horror stories of how noisy Air Conditioners were, I was relieved at the level of noise coming from this unit. It cools the room down very effectively and fits under a desk when not in use. Overall I'm very pleased with it so far.I'm also hoping the Unit will help with my Hay Fever (usually starts around April). By having the office windows shut this should prevent pollen laden air from blowing in.I'm actually looking forward to the summer!

S 95 Model for home use- in the summer heatwaves.Delivery time was very fast- I ordered on Sunday- they delivered Tuesday.Just unpack the item and basically plug in and go. Very easy to operate.As a unit this is an Air Conditioner... not fixed to the wall, but on wheels- and so easily mobile.I would have liked it a little less noisy-(it's about the level of a cooker hood extractor on low setting) but then it is an Air Conditioner, not just a machine to push air about. My wall mount aircon unit makes far more noiseOverall build is good, and the +/- temp, high/low fan settings etc are so easy to understand.
